How do I book an appointment?


Select the book online button on the home page. This will allow you to make an appointment direcly into our diary.

We except the following payment methods:

What happens if I need to change my appointment?


If you are unable to make your appointment, please inform us 24 hours prior to your booking otherwise you will be liable for charge.

What should I wear to my appointment?


Please wear loose comfortable clothing.




Our Covid-19 guidance


Following latest guidance by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy on COVID-19, we are now offering face to face appointments for low risk people, in accordance with Active physiotherapy statement. Where face to face is not essential and for higher risk people Video consultation will be the favourable option. To protect our team, all patients to attend appointments wearing their own face mask or covering, use of hand santiser on entering. our waiting area will not be in use and all bookings must arrive at the schdelued time only. Please do not attend your appointment if you have developed signs and symptoms of Coronavirus. These symptoms are a high temperature, a new continues cough, a loss of change to your sense of smell or taste. Please book online or email any queries to admin@activephysiotherapy.co.uk
